RRCentras

Programme

The Republican Resocialization Centre programme.

A national plan to help people avoid the harm caused by psychoactive substances, reduce the prevalence of addiction, promote healthy lifestyles, and build a safer, more conscious society.

Four directions, integrated into one system.

The programme is grounded in human rights, individualised approaches, service quality, and responsible governance. It addresses drug-related issues comprehensively — with emphasis on prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, and reintegration into society.

Four directions

Before a problem reaches bottom.

Prevention

Raising awareness and working with young people, parents, and communities. We work in schools, neighbourhoods, and with partner organizations so that a real alternative to addiction or crime appears in people's lives early.

From the first conversation to a long-term plan.

Treatment & rehabilitation

Accessible, evidence-based services for people living with addiction. We coordinate with public and private treatment providers and support people before, during, and after treatment.

Practical tools for people who aren't ready yet.

Harm reduction

We believe a person shouldn't have to "clean up first" to deserve help. Harm reduction means practical measures that protect life and keep the door open to a next step.

Data that changes the system.

Monitoring & analysis

We gather, analyze, and share information with policymakers, institutions, and the public — so resocialization services actually help the people they are meant for.

A word from the director

Helping people return to society after addiction, social exclusion, or criminal involvement — that is the Centre's purpose. We work to national and international standards, fostering a safer society built on dignity, equality, and faith in the human capacity for change.
